General Spa Policy

We are professionals, anyone who provide services at Nu Hoang Spa are States Certified. Nu Hoang Spa is just a place to relax, pampering yourself and build a health systems in your body, so any inappropriate behavior will absolutely not be accepted. At no time is any sexual contact tolerated in or out of the office. The therapist has the right to end the session without a refund at anytime due to any type of sexual advances or innuendos from the client.
The client has the same right to end the session in the instance of sexual advances or innuendos from the therapist. At Nu Hoang Spa we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sexual preference or gender.

Sexual Contact Disclaimer

At Nu Hoang Spa we are certified massage therapists; however we are not doctors and therefore cannot diagnose anything. We would be more than happy to refer clients to someone that can help. Alcohol and drugs prevent any type of toxin release that is promoted by massage. Any client that is under the influence of alcohol or any chemical substance at the time of the massage will not be tolerated. The session will end without a refund.

Any information shared between the client and the therapist is strictly confidential. No information is ever released without the client’s permission and authorization.

Reservations

All spa visits are either by appointment or walk-in. All group spa reservations require a credit card to secure your reservation. Group reservations must be coordinated. Please call a few days in advance to ensure the best choice of appointments for your group.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to give yourself time to check in, fill-out client records, and begin relaxing for treatment. All appointment will be guaranteed for only 15 minutes after your appointment time

Sauna

If you plan to use our sauna room before your services, please be prepared to be at the shop at least 30 minutes before your appointment schedule. It depends on how long you decide to be in the sauna, then you need to be here in ahead of time otherwise you will be missed your service schedule or you may not be able to use the sauna before the service, but you are more welcome to use our sauna room after your service is done without charge.

Arriving Late

At Nu Hoang Spa, we try our best to serve everyone equally in the basic of first come first serve - walk in customer. If you already booked your appointment, please note if you are late, your service may be shortened so as not to delay the next schedule guest. We wouldn't feel comfortable to re-schedule our next guest appointment or making them long waiting in the lobby. We are sorry for any inconvenience circumstance ever occurs.

In consideration of other guests as they are relaxing, we ask that cell phones are turned off during your spa visit.

Cell Phone

We will not hold any liability for your personal belongs, so please leave all your valuables at home as we are unable to secure such items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items
